The Main NUS Campus
Just as Yale College students take advantage of the University's diverse resources beyond the College, Yale-NUS College students will be able to draw on NUS facilities and organizations including the library, sports and arts facilities, medical services, and technology support.
Adjacent to the Yale-NUS campus will be the brand new NUS University Town (UTown). At the heart of UTown is the Education Resource Centre, with facilities such as a learning café, technology-rich seminar rooms, and a multimedia hub. It also includes its own EduSports Complex. Designed as a green community, UTown has beautiful vistas and an array of shops and restaurants – all of which are available to you.
Seven multi-disciplinary libraries comprise the National University of Singapore (NUS) Libraries. With rich and diverse collections encompassing architecture, building and real estate, the humanities and social sciences, business, law, medicine, dentistry, the physical and natural sciences, engineering, and technology, the breadth and depth of coverage is remarkable. NUS Libraries encourages and supports both the scholarly and practical research activities of NUS and Yale-NUS College staff and students. Each library provides a full range of services including loan, online renewal and reservation, inter-library loan, reference, online information search, document delivery, photocopying, and audio-visual and microform viewing.
The NUS Centre for the Arts (CFA) nurtures performing, visual, and literary arts on campus and beyond. Through its programs and partnerships with organizations in Singapore and abroad, CFA promotes artistic appreciation, research, critical dialogue, and multidisciplinary collaboration catering to existing and emerging cultural interests within the NUS community of students, staff, and alumni.
The University Health Centre provides comprehensive health care to staff, students, and visitors of NUS. The Wellness Division's holistic program considers the social, occupational, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional elements of health. The University Health Centre also supports a highly qualified team of professional counsellors and psychologists in Counselling & Psychological Services (CPS).
Centre for Instructional Technology
The Centre for Instructional Technology (CIT) drives the incorporation of digital and audio-visual technology into teaching and learning at NUS. CIT offers a smorgasbord of services including Integrated Virtual Learning Environment (IVLE), webcasts, and audio, video, and web conferencing in high-definition from TelePresence.
